We are seeking two dependable and motivated Labourers to join our team. This is a hands-on manufacturing role focused on producing quality coring tools using production equipment, machinery, and hand tools. The successful candidates will receive training specific to our processes and equipment and will have the opportunity to develop their skills in a specialized production environment.
We are looking for individuals who are mechanically inclined, those who enjoy working with their hands, and take pride in building quality products. The ideal candidates are safety-conscious and eager to learn new techniques while contributing to a team-focused workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate equipment and production machinery safely and efficiently.
Perform hands-on fabrication, assembly, and finishing of products to quality standards.
Load, unload, move, and organize materials using a forklift and other material handling equipment.
Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and production specifications.
Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Assist in shipping, receiving, and inventory movement as required.
Cross-train in multiple production processes and support other departments as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in manufacturing, fabrication, production, or material handling is considered an asset.
Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate machinery and hand tools.
Forklift experience or the willingness to obtain forklift certification.
Ability to learn new equipment and processes through on-the-job training.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically capable of lifting, standing, and performing repetitive manual tasks in a manufacturing environment.
