We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented CNC Lathe Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC lathe machines to produce high-quality precision components used in our coring tools. The successful candidate will interpret technical drawings, perform quality inspections, and ensure all parts meet required specifications while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Training on our products, processes, and equipment will be provided, offering the opportunity to further develop your machining skills within a specialized manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Completion of secondary school or equivalent.
CNC machining trade certification or equivalent work experience preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience operating CNC lathes.
Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be available to work shift work.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
