We are seeking an Industrial Mechanic (Millwright)/Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team. We are looking for a skilled individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys hands-on, challenging work.
The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform mechanical assembly using hand tools and shop equipment.
Troubleshoot, repair, test, and commission products.
Disassemble components for rebuilds.
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and hydraulic schematics.
Follow established quality, safety, and production procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum Block 2 training in Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) or Heavy Equipment Mechanic with 3+ years of relevant experience in one of these skilled trades.
Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) experience is preferred due to the nature of the equipment and work performed.
Experience with mechanical assembly, hydraulics, and equipment troubleshooting.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and continuous improvement.
Reliable, dependable, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
